Where do I park?
Parking assistants will greet you and guide you to your spot when you arrive. Please follow their directions so vehicles can enter and leave safely.
What happens if I am late?
Please arrive at your scheduled time or no more than five minutes early. If you arrive too early, the previous experience may still be underway. If you arrive late, we may not be able to admit you. Arriving on time helps every reservation move smoothly through the experience.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Reservation changes and cancellations are handled through Eventbrite. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your reservation so another guest can take your spot.
